Ask a Texan

Here's the deal.  There seems to exist this odd curiosity about Texas from those poor unfortunate souls who don't happen to be from here, so I've decided to use this particular page to answer your most pressing and quite frankly somewhat disturbing questions about life in the Lone Star State.

Example:

Question:  Why do Texans talk funny?

Answer:  We don't.  I've found those who live north of the Oklahoma/Missouri border, everyone in New Jersey and 3 people east of Wasilla, Alaska tend to have funny accents.  I find that most Texans are rather easy to understand y'all.  Just ask George W.
